How it works

Pricing sync (one-time setup)

To ensure extension prices always match Airbnb, hosts must forward booking emails sent from automated@airbnb.com to dralpus@gmail.com.

This allows Stay to automatically detect the exact nightly price, discounts, and currency used by Airbnb for each guest.

1. Host registers a listing

You add your Airbnb listing by providing your Airbnb iCal link. Stay automatically verifies it and generates a private extension feed.

2. Guest scans QR code

A QR poster is placed in the property. Guests scan it when they want to extend their stay.

3. Direct payment

Guests select dates and pay securely via Stripe. No platform commissions are taken.

4. Calendar sync

The extension is added to your calendar and synced back to Airbnb via iCal.
